Just when you thought you were cool...

Read it and weap...

Lame...

I don't usually rant, but while I was taking some pics of album covers the other day I stumbled upon this fuckin guy. Man do I hate Sammy Hagar, he sucked in Van Halen, he sucked as a solo act, and he sucks as a pseudo Jimmy Buffet disciple. The red rocker? more like the red rocket. First of all just look at the pictures of him on this album. Hey, do ya think this might be a Sammy Hagar album? In case the giant type across the entire cover didn't make it clear, this douche is wearing one of his own tee shirts on stage! Arrogance is an awesome trait. I once saw an interview with this knuckle head in some auto magazine, and when asked to name his top five favorite driving songs, three of them were his own songs. Out of all of the bad ass songs that have been recorded over the last 60 years or so, he picks himself as the best. WRONG! Sammy Hagard sucks, always has, always will. I normally sell records in our store, I think I'll burn this one.

All kinds of Love...

Finally made it down to Love headquarters to check out all of the bitchin machines and parts Jeremiah has tucked away in his shop. I can't say enough about the quality and style that goes into all of his creations. I also had the opportunity to shoot some more photos of Andreas new Super Seventies Panhead that will hopefully be appearing on a news stand near you in the near future.

Danger...

Ever heard of a suicide lane? It's the center lane of a two way street that is used for traffic going one way in the morning, the opposite way in the evening, and is the center turn lane the rest of the time. We are lucky enough to have one of these on the road that runs past our shop so the sounds of screeching tires and wailing horns is pretty commonplace during evening rush hour. Every once in a while the screeches end in a bang, a couple days ago the guy riding this bike managed to avoid major injury, and the PHX FD was right on top of it to get him checked out.
Be careful out there...

Just Barely...

This album was released in 1970, so Nance makes it into Super Sexy Seventies Status!

Art on Deck

I don't usually head out to the First Friday festivities unless there is an exhibit I really want to see. This last Friday was one of those occasions, and actually there were three different exhibits I was looking forward to. These shots are from one of em, the Deck Show at Pravus Gallery. Tons of killer art in the gallery with the Cowtown/Redbull Manny Mania contest out front.
I will post more from the other exhibits and contest later, I'm sick of the computer right now.
Enjoy...

Love Pan...

Jeremiah of Love Cycles never fails to impress, and this Panhead is no exception.
With the frame set up by Spartan Frameworks, a 23 over front end, paint by Krash, a hand built patent leather king & queen, and loads of original HD parts it's almost a shame that it'll be in Europe before you know it.
Unfortunately most of the shots are from the rear of the bike, thanks to a shitty backdrop of cars behind the bike. Oh well, make due.
